Hi, I’m Chérissa. I’ve been working out at home since February 2022, and I can tell you this: sometimes, you don’t need a full hour to feel good. Even 10 minutes can boost your energy, clear your mind, and remind you that you’re stronger than you think.
This workout is all about using your own bodyweight, no equipment, no gym, no excuses. Each exercise is 45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest. Beginners, don’t worry. You can always adjust—if push-ups are too hard, do knee push-ups. If jumping feels too much, step instead. The goal is to move at your level.
Ready? Let’s go 👇

Rest for 15 seconds between moves.
That’s 10 minutes total.
Listen to your body.
Move faster if you can, slower if you need to.
Why I Love This Routine 💙
I like this workout because it’s short, sweaty, and I can do it anywhere even when I feel tired or busy with classes. It reminds me that consistency is more important than perfection.
Even if you only give your body 10 minutes, that’s enough to feel proud of yourself.
